The Process

1	Pulp Preparation

Pulp system: We utilise a computerized control system, which has control loops to minimise manual intervention and ensure efficient production of pulp. In this process, various raw materials such as bamboo, bagasse, etc. are mixed together.

2	Pulp Forming

Forming Machines: Our forming machines are fully automated and utilise vacuum, heat, and moulding to shape raw pulp fibres into the desired form.

3	Post-Processing

Our post-processing machines are tailored to meet specific requirements and are used after the forming process. These include edge-cutting machines, stamping press machines, V-cutting machines, etc.
